WP 1

The aim of the first work package is the validation of the products and results of previous projects that were materialized and will be utilized, including EQUAL-SOCIETY and THEMIDA, through which structures of support for social economy were created and profiles of executives providing counseling services on matters of social economy were also recorded. Further, the suggested project will also be validating the results of the previous Leonardo da Vinci project "EC-ASE" in which a Professional outline/profile was developed for Advisors/Educators of Social Economy and "CEV-NGO" in which a Professional outline/profile was developed for Executives/Volunteers in NGOs. By using these profiles, this work package targeted to define qualifications of youth workers and organize them in units according to ECVET principles. The profiles developed in these previous projects will be adapted to the specific needs of the project. They will be adapted to the population in each of the participating countries and the conditions of each of these countries.

WP 2

In specific, the objective is associating ECVET credits with qualifications and allocation of credit points to the units of learning outcomes. Further, this work package aims to enable qualifications to be more comparable by reflecting in numerical values.

WP 7

The aim of the work package is the development of a pan-European database and network consisting of contact details and basie information about youth organizations throughout Europę, as well as youth workers so as to meet the demand and supply of work in all participating countries and beyond and allow for youth workers to find employment or volunteer work in case of a need to do so. Using this network and database as a trampolinę, it will enable the organizations in the futurę to work on advocacy for the recognition of gualification of youth workers and impact of youth field of work.

WP 3

The aim of the third work package is the validation of the methodology based on the weaknesses and problems that were presented in the past. Specifically, the objective is the combination and the homogenization of methodologies that resulted from the certification processes of the previous projects, on which the specific project is based on, as well as other methodologies that have been developed.

WP 8

The aim of the work package is the best possible sensitization of the target groups and possible users of the results of the action plan and for the usefulness of the implementation of the certificate. Further, the use and exploitation of the results strives to define the manner in which the results of the project will be incorporated in the systems of vocational training and education. The consortium will consult with representatives of the target group so as to make them active participants in the use and exploitation of the results.

WP 4

The aims of the work package are the development of a system of certification of informal qualifications of youth workers. This system should be able to evaluate the knowledge, skills and competences acquired by the participants through their work experience and learning outcomes in non formal and informal contexts.

WP 11

The aim of the work package is the best possible coordination of the project and the management of the consortium of partners of the action.

WP 5

The aim of work package four is the pilot application and implementation of the methods, tools and materials of the process of certification on a number of potential beneficiaries in each of the participating countries, so as to provide with feedback concerning any changes that may need to be done and possibilities of developing a formal system of certification in the future

WP 9

The aim of the work package is the determination and definition of the following:
- the quality factors of the project;
- the internal characteristics and actions of the studies, which will results in conclusions as to whether the specified quality attributes were met or not;
- the guality matrix that must be used in order to determine the level of guality that needs to be achieved;

WP 6

The aim of the sixth work package is to establish and sustain mutual trust and transparency with commitment between partners in order to recognise and establish equivalence between units of learning outcomes among the partner countries. lAlso, it has an aim to provide a framework of cooperation between partners or other authorities responsible for qualifications for the effective implementation of ECVET. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)of all involved partners will serve as strategie agreement on assessment, validation, recognition criteria and procedures of learning outcomes of youth workers. It will be an important agreement which will give opportunity to youth workers to prove, accumulate and validate their gualifications also in other countries and ensure the guality follow up and long term cooperation.

WP 10

The aim of the external evaluation is the tracing and re-printing of the path of the project and the suggestion of any corrective action that needs to be done in case the set objectives have not been met.
